Please sign our online petition in support of Eritrean
students in South Africa who are being harassed by the
Eritrean government officials, as the South African
authorities are looking the other way.
This petition is directed primarily to the South African
President and also to
the African Union, UNHCR, European Parliament and various
human rights groups. Its goal is threefold:
· To draw the attention of national and international
authorities to the Eritrean students’ plight.
· To appeal to the authorities to heed the concerns of
Eritrean students in South Africa.
· To warn them against the dangers of forceful
deportation from South Africa.
